“Everyone must contribute some money to buy food.” This was the message that we got from team meeting last week.

These few days, we can see there are film shooting session done for the ex boss and new boss.
Present for ex boss and new boss.
All these are using our money.

This farewell was arranged by middle level managers to big boss. And they forced us to pay for their appreciation.

“Mum, why do you have so many silver coins?” I asked my mum when I did some cleaning in the store room and found a box of silver coins. I saw many silver coins from different countries.

Recently, I came back home quite early due to the Thailand project delayed. There was not much things to do now.

Not saying that I got totally nothing to do. This morning, I was still doing Taiwan project verification. It took me half day to complete on that.

I hope tomorrow I also can come back home early. Actually, I hope everyday also can come back home early.

Today, S came over my place and asked me some information about the room that I rent now. His girlfriend is going to come down to kuala lumpur for working. He needs to find a room for her.

I haven’t completed the previous HK project yet and I already passed it back to my lead to follow up. Currently, I have 6 countries projects to do now.

I am back to my team. Initially, I feel confusing when doing back back end stuffs as there were more than 2 months I was in front end stuffs. Anyway, finally now I picked up again and so far still can handle it.

I do not know when this project will be closed. I hope not so soon as I need the work. I scared that I will be the one will be sacked by the management.

My brother is going to Tar College soon on this coming May. He got an offer for studying Diploma of Computer Sciences. We are happy about it.

Currently, he has a desktop PC at home but it is quite outdated and the hardware specifications are not as update as the technology trend now. Computer is an essential tool for studying especially for those in computer courses. I would like to buy a computer for him.

Ku-Ming Ox told me something that really make me worry.

“I guess Lion Queen has high expectation on you. She told other seniors that you can do test management and can be those seniors backup if they onleave.”

Wah.. this really make me stress le. I can do the test management for small project but not concurrently have few projects together.

I also heard that Ku-ming Ox said that Leopard does not perform well based on Fox said. I guess Fox sure said something bad on him in front of Lion Queen. I am pity on Leopard. I know one day if I can’t manage my stuffs well, my results will definitely same as Leopard.

When I can get a new job?

“Where do you plan to go as you have at least 10 days block leaves this year?” I asked my manager.

He told me that actually he hopes that he can go Machu Picchu travel. My manager is an active person and likes adventures trip.

Machu Picchu is located on the highest part of the eastern Andes. You can see marine sedimentary rocks, lavas, granites and other nature physical features. You can also see the cultureal heritage that Macchu Picchu has.

He told me that he will do more research on Machu Picchu travel. He needs time to plan for this trip.

We have a short session about 2 hours on staff communication time today. Everyone needs to attend such activities. Basically, those committees talked about the staff engagement with their managers or leads. Another main purpose for this session is to teach staffs to give good rate to their management.

For me, I feel that this session just waste of time and bullshit. I do not think that those managers really consider the staffs performance and review session. They just kicked you out if you are not in the line with them. Cruel.
