I complained to my colleague “Why she doesn’t know how to fill in the portal request? Why I am so easy to get angry when doing her request? I really hate to do her request.”

My colleague told me “Nobody likes to do her request actually. Take it easy. You get angry easily always and you must control you emotion when working.”

I realized that I get angry easily when deal with those people that I dislike in the office. I know that I must control my temper and be more professional. But unfortunately, saying is easy than do. sigh…

I know that I should change that bad characters while working especially I will go to a new environment and new job soon.
