My sister went for an interview today for HR position. Interview questions for HR positions are very different compare others.

She told me that she took about 3.5 hours for interviews. There were 3 interviewers conducted different interview session to her. Basically, she needed to do an exam paper, test the typing skills, knowledge on using Excel, communication skills and IQs.

I felt that interview was for those experiences one instead of a fresh graduated like her. Haha.. Anyway, it was a good experience for her.
